How do I get started with Kintella Care?
Getting started is easy — and it’s free to use. Ask your municipality or company to invite you and find out if they use Kintella Care
If you have received an invitation by e-mail, simply:
- Click on the link in the email
- Follow the steps in the setup process
You will then have direct access to Kintella Care.
You can use Kintella Care on your computer, tablet, and smartphone. If you’re using a smaller screen, we recommend downloading the Kintella Care app from the App Store or Google Play.

If your municipality is registered with Kintella, you as a relative or citizen can access the system by downloading the Kintella app from the App Store or Google Play.
You can only log in once you have received a welcome email with an activation code.
